The 2011 Steakspiel was run from April 12-16 at the club. Each team played one 6-end game Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday, and one game on Friday night, followed by 2 games on Saturday. This year there were 28 teams entered. Teams were ranked by points following the game on Friday night and each team was put into a group of 4 teams. On Saturday, each team played off for positioning 1-4 in their 4-team group. Equal steak prizes were given out to the same ranked teams in each flight after a steak dinner on Saturday night. A good time was enjoyed by all attending.
